Busy Li’l Bri is always open to connecting with experienced, reliable organizers who may be a good fit for future project work. We accept applications year-round from professionals who enjoy meaningful, hands-on work and want to be considered when opportunities arise.
This is not a consistent or guaranteed-hours role. Work is offered on a project-by-project basis, depending on client demand and team needs.
The Work
We specialize in move coordination, packing and unpacking, and high-touch home organization for clients navigating major life transitions. Our projects are physical, fast-paced, and detail-driven.
Project work may include:
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Being on your feet for extended periods
• Sorting, organizing, unpacking, and setting up functional systems
• Working in active, sometimes high-energy environments
• Adapting quickly to changing needs on site
Beautiful spaces are built through thoughtful systems and real effort. This work requires both a good eye and the stamina to carry details through.
How We Work
Our projects follow structured, intentional systems. We use color-coded inventory methods, clear checklists, and defined processes to keep work efficient and consistent.
Team members are expected to think independently and use strong judgment. You should be comfortable:
• Managing time and tasks without micromanagement
• Making smart, client-focused decisions in the moment
• Taking ownership of your work from start to finish
