On-Call Professional Organizer | Busy Li’l Bri

Project-Based | As-Needed | Independent Contractor (1099)

Busy Li’l Bri is seeking one to two experienced, reliable organizers to join our team in an on-call, project-based capacity. This is not a consistent or guaranteed-hours role. Instead, it is designed for someone who enjoys meaningful, hands-on work and has the flexibility to step in when additional support is needed.

The Work

We specialize in move coordination, packing and unpacking, and high-touch home organization for clients navigating major life transitions. Our work is physical, fast-paced, and detail-driven.

This role involves:

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Being on your feet for extended periods

  • Sorting, organizing, unpacking, and setting up functional systems

  • Working in active, sometimes high-energy environments

  • Adapting quickly to changing needs on site

We believe beautiful spaces are built through thoughtful systems and hard work. This role requires both a good eye and the stamina to bring those details to life.

How We Work

Our systems are structured and intentional. We use color-coded inventory methods, clear checklists, and defined processes to ensure every project runs smoothly.

While collaboration matters, this role requires independent thinking and strong judgment. You should feel comfortable:
